“Annoying Orange” is an internet-based comedy show. Most of the humor is based around puns, which aren’t actually that funny. Puns Sweetheart – the host’s name (Art Sweetheart) He is a sweet, heart-shaped candy. Sweetheart is also an adjective meaning a very nice person. Sweet Fruit is sweet. Sweet is an adjective meaning a very nice person. Mr. Right Mr. Right means dream guy. Mr. Right sounds like “ripe” which means a fruit that is ready to eat. Pick Pick means to take fruit from a tree (fruit picking, pick fruit) Pick also means to choose. Shocked Passion Fruit said she was “shocked” which means really surprised. Shocked also means to be electrocuted (hurt by electricity), and when you see electricity you see sparks. Sparks You see sparks when there is an electricity problem.
